The Substance, released this year, starring Demi Moore, and Andie McDowells super hot daughter, was a standout for horror flicks this year. Body Horror, incredibly well shot, and the final 40 or so mins is fucking chaos, i love it. (fantastic OST too)

Reports hes been bulking up, doing same regime as Antetekounmpo, wont ever get to that same size, but hes adding alot of what Giannis does to his regime, apparently his leg strength despite his frame is pretty high. I really hope he stays healthy
